Our pharmacy partners
Ozari routes prescriptions to licensed compounding pharmacies that meet our quality requirements. We currently work with two partners, each preparing medications under individual patient-specific prescriptions.
Hallandale Pharmacy
503A pharmacy, Fort Lauderdale, FL
- PCAB Accreditation
Serves all states except AL, AR, CA, HI, KS, MA, MI, MN, MS.
VialsRx Pharmacy
503A pharmacy, Houston, TX
- LegitScript Certification
Serves all 50 states.
Your prescription label always identifies the pharmacy that prepared your medication. If you have questions about a specific shipment, contact Ozari care and we will confirm fulfillment details. Both partners prepare the same compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide formulations to the same standard.

Which pharmacy fills your prescription
Prescriptions are routed to the partner best positioned to fulfill your order. That depends on the state your shipments go to, the medication and dose prescribed, and current pharmacy capacity. Patients do not choose the pharmacy, and the pharmacy is not selected by request.
Assignment is a logistical decision, not a quality tier. Both partners meet the same vetting standard described below, and neither is held as a preferred or backup option. Your label always identifies the pharmacy that prepared your medication. You can read more about the process in how Ozari works.
How we vet our partners
Not every compounding pharmacy meets the bar for patient-facing GLP-1 care. Before onboarding a partner, Ozari evaluates credentialing, compounding standards, and quality documentation. Our minimum requirements include:
Verified state licensure
Every partner must hold an active pharmacy license in good standing with its state board. Ozari confirms licensure before routing any prescription.
USP 797 sterile compounding
GLP-1 injections require sterile preparation. Our partners follow USP 797 standards for cleanroom practices, beyond-use dating, and quality assurance testing.
Accreditation and oversight
We prioritize pharmacies with third-party accreditation such as PCAB, which audits compounding quality beyond minimum regulatory requirements.
Ozari also holds LegitScript certification, which independently verifies our telehealth and pharmacy compliance standards. LegitScript certification is one additional layer patients can verify outside of Ozari's own disclosures.
Important regulatory information
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved as finished drug products. They are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved brand-name products including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. While active ingredients may be FDA-approved, the compounded preparation itself has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. All prescriptions require review by a licensed provider who determines whether treatment is appropriate for your individual medical history.
